Professor Riley has extensive knowledge about the Native American culture and nations. His experience as a professor was instrumental in assisting with the outline required for an extensive term paper with only four days notice. He is patient, thorough and a true professional. I highly recommend him.
In most cases, tutors gain approval in a subject by passing a proficiency exam. For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.

I have been a college Professor for 25 years, and I have spent quite a lot of my time working with students on their study skills Clearly, the most important element is time management. Many students do not understand the importance of planning their study periods in such a way that it provides maximum capacity. Trying to memorize everything is not a positive use of time, and likewise, cramming for exams is also a negative use of time.
In the past, I have also assisted students with exam prep as well as paper construction. Many students do not understand what is required of them by their instructors, and I assist students with their communication skills to better achieve the goals of the teachers. Also, writing papers and essays is very difficult for students, even in light of Google and other search engines. Learning healthy strategies for essay and paper construction, especially utilizing primary source material, is also a specialty of mine.
