I used to work for more than 14 years for Iraq ministry of education, and also I have more than 1000 hours teaching Arabic language in USA. I work now for DLS (Diplomatic Language service). During my long service as an Arabic language instructor, I have gained experience that gives me ability to distinguish the approach that I have to follow according to the level of the student. In most cases, tutors gain approval in a subject by passing a proficiency exam. For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.
