About Daniel

I have completed all of the necessary requirements for the Criminal Justice & Criminology Associate's program at Montgomery College in 2013 and the Criminal Justice & Criminology Bachelor's program at the University of Maryland in 2015. During my undergraduate career, I had the opportunity of demonstrating my proficiency in managing and budgeting a police department, leading a team of students through a hypothetical murder case, and leading a team of students in developing a grant proposal to the University of Maryland Criminal Justice & Criminology Department on the subject of smartphones and malware protection. I am also a graduate of a Citizens' Police Academy in Central Maryland.

I am pursuing a Master of Science (MS) degree in the field of cybersecurity at the University of Maryland University of College in College Park, MD. Throughout my undergraduate and graduate career, I have routinely maintained a high GPA and have also regularly made the dean's list. I have held two scholarships and am a member of the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society.

I prefer one-on-one sessions with my students.

Approved subjects

In most cases, tutors gain approval in a subject by passing a proficiency exam. For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.

Criminal Justice

I believe I am qualified to tutor in the subject of criminal justice on the grounds that I have fulfilled the requirements of the University of Maryland's Criminal Justice and Criminology bachelor's program. This school offers one of the best criminal justice programs in the U.S. Not only have I maintained a high GPA, but I also regularly make the dean's list and am a member of an academic honor society (Phi Theta Kappa). In addition, I graduated from Rockville's Citizen's Police Academy.
