I am 25 years old and reside in D.C. I work as an Admissions Representative in Hanover, MD and am completing my Master's in Forensic Psychology. I have tutored in various subjects since middle school and graduated high school as Valedictorian. I have an undergraduate degree (B.S. of Psychology) with a concentration in history and gender studies. I am very patient and work with students to teach the skills they need to progress without needing a reoccurring tutor. My background in psychology makes me a great candidate to work with individuals with learning disabilities and/or students in need of an alternative style of teaching. I am willing to negotiate rates and can travel to the student or meet in a neutral location.

In most cases, tutors gain approval in a subject by passing a proficiency exam. For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.
I have a B.S. in Psychology from LSU and will graduate this year with my Master's in Forensic Psychology. I write 1-2 papers weekly in APA format and am comfortable with my knowledge in researching and formatting.
I played softball from the age of 4 until I graduated high school. I played Varsity from 7th grade on; my main position was pitcher and my secondary was an outfielder. I have attended pitching camps, summer leagues, and been on championship teams. I am a military brat and played in Louisiana, Georgia, Germany, and Texas.
