About Juliette

My name is Juliette N. I graduated from Mount Saint Mary College with my Bachelors and Masters in Business Administration. While I have passion for business, I also have experience and a love for teaching and instructing. I was raised to believe that life is a learning experience. One can never know enough; hence, they must always be willing to learn and grow. I have gained a passion for passing on any knowledge I have learned in order to make an impact on others. When you have taught or tutored someone, you have empowered them to make a great difference in this world. I simply enjoy empowering, uplifting and encouraging people to be the greatest version of themselves.

For about a year, I worked as an English teacher in South Korea, instructing children (ages 7-15) as well as adults in the areas of English conversation and grammar and pronunciation. I currently volunteer as a children's choir director of a group of about 100 children. In my previous job positions, I have been responsible for training and on-boarding new employees. During my college and graduate education, I took public speaking courses and often have been asked to speak on different platforms for the purposes of motivation, giving information and persuasion.

I bring along a great tutoring program for students. Each student has a different goal that they would like to attain in their learning experience. Based on their needs and goals, I create an engaging lesson plan catered to them. My goal is to work with my students to build their skills and confidence in English, reading, Spanish, Public Speaking as well as other subjects. For students in school, time will always be dedicated to ensuring that their homework assignments are completed accurately. In addition, time is also taken out to review any work or material that the student didn't understand from school.

My base rate is $40; however, it can increase with additional students in the session. Note, that I am also open to tutoring online if it is more convenient and ideal for the student. Feel free to reach out to me with any questions or concerns. I look forward to working with you.

Knowledgeable and patient tutor — We really like Juliette. She's helping my daughter with reading skills. She was really patient with her. I thought my daughter was going to be very shy around her, but Juliette made her feel comfortable. We are looking forward to our next session. ...
