My name is Augusto, I'm 27 years old and I'm a native Brazilian. I recently moved to the DC area and am offering Portuguese classes for children and adults! I have three years of experience in teaching foreign languages. In Brazil I taught children from 9 years old, passing by young people (between 17 to 23 years old) during college and adults. I worked as a fellow at the Federal University of Parana and helped the local community with the teaching of Portuguese in order to increase their test scores for entry to the same University.
My work starts from gaining the student's confidence to express himself correctly and unlocking him for the practice of conversation accompanied by grammar and reading.
I work full time from Monday to Friday, but I am available on Saturdays and Sundays from 9am to 7pm. I look forward to working with new students! I am also an avid guitarist and have been playing for eight years. I am happy to offer guitar lessons too and I have three years of experience teaching guitar. I hope your contact to start !!!
