The thing that I enjoy most about tutoring is watching the student's confidence grow. My general approach is to present the student with problems of increasing difficulty, identify sticking points, allow the student to self-correct, and offer tips or problem solving strategies as necessary.
As a chemical engineer, I have taken a variety of math classes including calculus, differential equations, and statistics. In addition, I scored a 5 on the AP Calculus AB and AP Statistics exams. In my professional life, I have specialized in data analysis.
