Approved subjects

In most cases, tutors gain approval in a subject by passing a proficiency exam. For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.

I possess vast experience working with adults and children with autism. I have worked in the past as a Program Coordinator/Case Manager for adults with autism and worked as a Residential Child Care Specialist for children with autism. Additionally, I worked as a nanny for two children with autism. I possess a Master of Science degree in Non-Profit Management and have over 5 years experience working directly with people with disabilities.
