I teach to Common Core standards as a current first grade teacher. I took courses at Wheelock College in Boston Massachusetts to help prepare for the Common Core. I know how to access and read the Common Core standards online and explain it to parents or guardians who are unfamiliar with it.
I have taught Handwriting Without Tears curriculum to my first graders. I have impeccable handwriting. I am left handed and therefore can teach students who are struggling as lefties do sometimes.
I was top ten of my graduating high school class. I was the president of the Honors program at my college. I am highly organized and adapt to different learning styles.
