In most cases, tutors gain approval in a subject by passing a proficiency exam. For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.
I have been on various lifting programs for both toning muscles and building mass, for the last 5-6 years. I am comfortable performing and teaching lifts like: squat, bench press, deadlift, etc.
I played a variety of sports - baseball, football, basketball, tennis, soccer, swimming, volleyball, racquetball - throughout my childhood, high school, and college years. for the past 5-6 years I have lifted regularly and developed my own lifting programs to increase strength and tone.
