Chemistry, in particular organic chemistry is not only very interesting but also very difficult, if you want just to memorize. Therefore, the solid background of mechanisms of organic reactions is very important.
I would like to convey my knowledge of those principles to young students.
I was a teaching assistant and a tutor of the general and organic chemistry while being involved in my graduate degrees. I have many years of experimental organic chemistry.

In most cases, tutors gain approval in a subject by passing a proficiency exam. For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.
I am a professional chemist with a Master's degree in Crystallography, a Master's degree in Mass Spectrometry, and Ph.D. degree in organic chemistry.
I have worked at Universities as a researcher and at pharmaceutical companies as the synthetic organic chemist.
While involved in graduate studies as well as a professional researcher, I worked as a teaching assistant or conducted research projects with students.
My method of teaching is to focus on the understanding a subject, not simply to memorize.
