When the opportunity came to study at Harvard in the summer after my junior year, I independently prepared for the AP exam and went on to take organic chemistry I and II. I majored in chemistry at Boston University, and worked in organic, inorganic, and materials labs. During my college years, I also grew a fondness for tutoring. I continued to tutor privately after graduating in 2009 and, after receiving the Noyce scholarship, earned an MA in Teaching at Boston University. I have been a teacher at Everett High School since 2017.

Very patient, knowledgeable, and flexible. Incredible tutor

Clark helped me so much with my organic and biochemistry class. As a student at Boston University, I was worried that I wouldn't be able to find a tutor that had the extensive knowledge needed to help explain the concepts to me that I wasn't understanding. However, Clark was able to answer all of my questions and more. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and dedicated to helping me in whatever way possible. Even when our schedules didn't overlap, he helped me via email and text to make sure that I got the help that I needed before my next test. I highly recommend him to a student of any level.

We had a small mix-up with the time that was settled without any issues - very flexible. I brought him some of the most difficult examples in my textbook and he worked them through with me quickly and effectively.

Undergraduate Organic Chemistry 2 Tutor

I am an undergraduate pre-med student and Clark helped me receive the grade I wanted in my organic chemistry 2 class! He was incredibly knowledgable about the subject matter and was able to fully articulate concepts in terms that I could understand. He provided new ways of looking at complex topics and always made them more comprehensible. Not only did Clark help with lecture material but lab material as well! I would strongly recommend Clark as a tutor for undergraduate level organic chemistry!

Clark has been tutoring my son in AP Chemistry for the past several months. He does a great job, and my son really enjoys working with him. He is very responsive, and is very accommodating around scheduling. He has been extremely flexible, as well, and has been able to schedule 2 and 3 hour sessions vs. the standard 1-hour session, which has really helped my son. He is an excellent communicator via email and texting. I would highly recommend Clark as a tutor.
