Hi my name is Kate!
Currently, I am a first grade teacher, and previously I worked in 4th and 5th grade classrooms. I am elementary licensed 1-6 from Salem State University, and am currently working towards my Masters in Elementary Education from Salem State University as well. Because of the various grades I have been in, I find that I can help with any elementary content area you are looking for assistance with.
I have always wanted to be a teacher, my second grade teacher was the first to show me how much fun teaching can be, and showed me a true love of learning. From there I loved every teacher I have ever had from second grade through college. It has always been a wonderful experience for me, and I would love to show you how simple and fun learning can be!
Currently I am teaching reading, phonics, language skills to my first graders.
I have taught students in grades 1-5.
Currently I am teaching Wilson phonics in my classroom.
I am available whenever you need me, feel free to contact me to begin an exciting experience! Hi my name is Kate!

For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.
