I have worked for Lynn Public Schools since 1995. I began as a special needs aid, and became a certified elementary and special needs teacher and considered to be a highly qualified teacher in the commonwealth for the past eight years. I have served as the 504 and /student Study Team Coordinator for my school for the past 5 years, and am currently tutoring in a summer program in the city.
I worked from 1995-2006 as the classroom aide in an Intellectually Impaired substantially separate class. Here my duties included planning differentiated lessons and leading a group. In the years 2007-2012 I was the SPED teacher in various positions including a moderate to severe class, a developmentally delayed class and as the 4th grade Inclusion Specialists.
