If you're a student struggling with a Criminal Justice class, or a Criminal Justice professional looking for help preparing for an upcoming civil service exam, promotional or otherwise, I can help you. I've lived and breathed the field my entire life, both academically and professionally. I've taken the tests you're taking, written (and later graded!) the papers you're struggling to write, and taken the law enforcement civil service exams you're studying for. The only thing I love more than the study of Criminal Justice is teaching it, and seeing the look of satisfaction and pride on my students' faces when they succeed.
Both my undergraduate degree and Masters degree are in Criminal Justice from one of the top ranked schools in the nation. I've taught and tutored Criminal Justice since 1990, and have an easygoing but thorough approach to helping the student understand and hold on to the information they need to succeed.
I'm also a Criminal Justice professional, having worked in the CJ system as an educator, sworn officer, and in the past, an attorney. I have experience in dealing with all professional elements of the justice system. Contact me for a personalized tutoring experience for any of your school or test preparation needs. Good luck! In most cases, tutors gain approval in a subject by passing a proficiency exam. For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.
