Maintained a law clerk position with a firm in Norfolk County since 1989 through 1996, when I was sworn in as a member of the Massachusetts Bar. At that time, I continued employment with the stated Norfolk County (Quincy, MA) firm as an acting trial attorney (Litigator), while establishing and maintaining a full time Law office/practice in Fall River, MA.
At this time, I continue to operate and maintain a private law practice/office in Fall River, MA with concentration in the same areas of law. My practice includes Bodily Injury cases originating in Bristol County, as well as suffolk (Boston) county and surrounding jurisdictions, i.e., Norfolk, Plymouth, and adjoining counties.
While maintaining employment with the Norfolk (Quincy, MA) county firm, and my private practice with Fall River, MA (Bristol County), during the period extending from 2004 through and including 2007, I further maintained a part-time Paralegal Certificate teaching curriculum/position with the Bristol Community College in Fall River, Massachusetts. $60.00 per hour - nights and weekends also available at same rate. Cancellations made without at least one hour notice are subject to one-hour fee, or $60.00.
In most cases, tutors gain approval in a subject by passing a proficiency exam. For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.

In accordance with my teaching curriculum, I've accepted several class members for internships within my Fall River, Massachusetts firm. Consistent with such internships, I've both furthered each interns marketability through their participation in very aspects of real life active case files and numerous contacts in various fields of the legal profession including, but not limited to attorneys, court clerks, fellow employed paralegals as well as Judges within the surrounding courts in the Bristol County jurisdiction. I've also inevitably employed various interns as paralegals within my Fall River, Massachusetts firm, who excelled and displayed a genuine interest in my areas of legal concentration.
