I am a first year PhD chemistry student at Harvard University. I graduated last year as a chemistry major and math minor from Boston College. In addition to my coursework, I conducted research in a physical chemistry nanomaterials lab at BC for three years and now research molecular inorganic systems at Harvard. I am qualified and have experience in tutoring elementary, middle school, high school, and college level chemistry and math, as well as SAT prep for chemistry and math.

Casey is a great tutor; she's intelligent, organized and very responsible. She's also flexible and easy to work with. A real find!
Casey has been tutoring our daughter, a junior in HS, first in chemistry and now in precalculus and SAT prep. Casey is knowledgeable, clear and patient. Planning for sessions has been easy and flexible. She is an excellent tutor.
Very good tutor, pretty knowledgeable. Convenient as far as willing to meet you at your house. Would recommend to others. It's the little things like patience, neat handwriting and things like that make it easier to understand the subject.
In most cases, tutors gain approval in a subject by passing a proficiency exam. For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.
