I have been playing clarinet for about 15 years. I received a BM in Clarinet Performance from the prestigious Baldwin Wallace Conservatory where I studied with Cleveland Orchestra member Daniel McKelway. I've also studied with several notable clarinetists and musicians throughout the country. I teach by combining the wonderful elements each teacher brought to me so every student has an enjoyable experience.
I began piano in kindergarten, and continued to learn throughout my college career. I admit that I am most proficient in clarinet but my experience teaching piano has proven to be successful. I focus on beginning through intermediate players so they can learn the basics of piano and music making before suggesting they begin with an advanced instructor. I have been teaching piano for over 7 years.
