My love for tutoring started at a very young age. I was always one of the top students in my class, and enjoyed helping my friends and classmates. I currently hold a bachelor's degree in Biology and a master's degree in Public Health.
I mainly started working as a tutor when I was in college. I went to a French international school from K-12 and minored in French in college. Throughout all four years in college, I served as a French tutor and teaching assistant for the Modern Foreign Languages department. I helped fellow students improve their pronunciation, have conversations, and understand and master French grammar. I helped students prepare for exams and revise papers.
While in college, I occasionally also assisted local middle and high school students with math and science. I usually go over lessons with students to make sure they understand the concepts and theories and then work on practice problems.

For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.
