I am a graduate of the University of Mississippi where I majored in Business Administration with a focus in Marketing, and I am currently pursuing my Masters of Arts in Teaching from Belhaven University. I have two years of teaching experience as a 2nd grade teacher, and as a 7th grade Math instructor. I am very familiar with the Mississippi College and Career Readiness Standards that have been implemented, and I can be a great asset to any student seeking to grow and obtain extra help in pursing his/her educational goals in the areas of Math, Business, and Grammar. My math focus is mainly in Elementary Math, Pre-algebra, and Algebra I. My grammar focus in mainly that of K-3.
I have taught both Elementary Math and Middle School Math under the Mississippi College and Career Readiness Standards (Common Core Standards). I am also proficient in Algebra 1.
