Hi there! I recently graduated from Caddo Parish Magnet High School. I am getting ready to begin college at LSU as a Biology/ Pre- Med major. I have always loved learning, especially math and science. I am comfortable teaching anyone needing help with math, science, social studies, or English from the elementary to high school level.
I have taken Algebra I and Algebra II, Geometry, and Advanced Math all at the honors level. I have also taken Biology, AP Biology II, Anatomy and Physiology, and Phyiscs. I have had English I-IV as well as world history, geography, and US history.
I have taken all maths at the honors level, graduating with a 4.0 in math.
I have worked with children before on reading. I found ways to make reading more interesting for the child and ways to encourage them when they begin to struggle.
My schedule is very flexible. I am interested in working with anyone that may need some help refreshing on a course or those that are wanting to get a head start. If I can help you in anyway, please feel free to contact me. Hi there! I recently graduated from Caddo Parish Magnet High School. In most cases, tutors gain approval in a subject by passing a proficiency exam. For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.
