I obtained a Master's Degree in Food Science in 2013 from Louisiana State University, Baton Rouge, Louisiana and additional education from the University of Medicine and Dentistry- New Jersey Medical School – School of Health Related Professions. I also have a Master's Degree Medical Science, Medical Education/Nutrition 5/2003. In 1991 I obtained at Rutgers University, Newark, New Jersey a Bachelor of Arts Degree - Psychology, Minor Education. From Felician College, New Jersey I obtained Continuing Religious Education Program & at St. Barnabas Medical Center, Livingston, N.J., Eucharist Special Ministry. I received certification on 3/15/82.
I have worked in the medical community all my life starting out as a clerk typist working up to a development education specialist. Currently I serve a volunteer for the American Celiac Society as founder and president. My duties call for writing and distributing educational information and counseling patients. I have serve on the board of the National Digestive Disease organization, have been invited to speak as an expert internationally. Additionally I have had scientific papers published in journal, newspapers, and a book publication.

In most cases, tutors gain approval in a subject by passing a proficiency exam. For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.
