I'm a dedicated real estate professional with hands-on experience in both academic and industry settings. I’ve worked in real estate operations, development analysis, and financial modeling, particularly in multifamily and commercial projects. Through my internships and coursework, I've gained a strong understanding of real estate finance, market analysis, and investment strategies. In addition to my professional experience, I’ve served as a teaching assistant for real estate courses, helping students understand core concepts like underwriting, cash flow modeling, and deal structures. I’m comfortable working in Excel and can help build or break down real estate models step-by-step. Whether you're preparing for a class, building a presentation, or wanting to sharpen your financial modeling skills, I’ll tailor our sessions to meet your goals and skill level.

I’ve been working with music production and audio editing for over 8 years now, and it’s something I’m really passionate about. I’ve worked on everything from pop and hip-hop tracks to ambient music and podcast production, using DAWs like FL Studio, Logic Pro, and Ableton Live. Whether you’re starting a track from scratch, trying to clean up vocals, or just learning the basics of audio editing and sound design, I can walk you through it.

Lastly, I’ve spent years studying Spanish and love helping beginners build a strong foundation in the language. I focus on making early Spanish feel approachable and fun, whether that means practicing conversation skills, reviewing grammar basics, or working on pronunciation.
