BS (Computer Science)
I have a BS in Computer Science from LSU with twenty years of experience, and I have tutored my sisters with College Algebra. I helped my oldest sister, Linda, with College Algebra a LSU while attending LSU. She passed her class, and I also held her study for the Math section of the Graduate Record Examinations, GRE. She passed the GRE the first time she took it. I also helped my younger sister pass her College Algebra at a Mississippi College. I received several phone calls from her asking for help, and I helped her. She passed her class.
Let me know if you have any questions.

In most cases, tutors gain approval in a subject by passing a proficiency exam. For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.
I created Visual Basic programs for LSU School of Social Work, and I also created several Access Databases with a lot of Visual Basic programs for the Big Buddy Program in Baton Rouge.
At LSU, I used Visual Basic to process huge text files from DSS and LDOL. I combined the files with the Social Security Numbers for the Research Group at LSU School of Social Work. After three years of collecting data, I had an index file of over a half million unique Social Security Numbers. Cecile Guin was the Director for the Research Group, Office of Social Services Research and Development, when I worked at LSU School of Social Work.
At the Big Buddy Program, I created several Access Databases with a lot of reports and forms. For the reports and forms, I create many Visual Basic Programs to customize them.
