When it comes to communication, multi-tasking, coordinating, and problem-solving, my talents are unsurpassed. Though admittedly diverse, my experience reflects an ongoing affinity for ‘live’ environments, where anything can happen. I find spontaneity very stimulating because it requires an ability to stay focused while also being fluid enough to adapt without notice and think on your feet. I particularly enjoy objectives that require a balanced resolution that incorporates both training and intuition.
I genuinely thrive when helping others and believe in performing every task to perfection. Whether I’m training someone new or preparing an important presentation, I am guided by the principle that any task worth doing is worth doing well. Results, of course, will not always be perfect but the effort itself should only ever be fully committed. While persistent thoughtfulness helps me anticipate conflict, creative thinking arms me with alternative solutions. I learn new material at an accelerated rate and always provide fresh perspectives. One of my primary goals is to always leave a trail of good will in my wake. Business is based on relationships; relationships are based on communication; communication is based on awareness. My performance and my attitude are what define me and that definition equals professional excellence. Always move forward and never stop learning!

I have a BA in English/Professional Writing from UNO (Lakefront campus), and have also studied French pronunciation. I'm an experienced and comfortable public speaker and have given successful oral presentations with less than 24 hours' notice.
You want someone who is knowledgeable, friendly, kind, and above all, patient. I've been tutoring my son for 8 years now and he is a successful student at the local Advanced Studies school. I find ways to make the material interesting by showing how they apply to real-life situations. We'll have fun and learn at the same time! In most cases, tutors gain approval in a subject by passing a proficiency exam. For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.
