Hello, I'm Shelby! I have experience tutoring college students in science and statistics topics, but am open to tutoring younger students. I graduated magna cum laude from Northwestern State University in 2019 with my BS in Biology and a minor in Chemistry. I found myself often tutoring other students in my classes in my downtime for fun, and ultimately ended up working for the school's Academic Success Center as a tutor!

I love seeing that click in someone's eyes when they suddenly understand the material. Tutoring itself is something I really enjoy! I love science in general and teaching it to others in a 1-on-1 format is a dream job for me.

I have experience tutoring in different biology, chemistry, and statistics topics at the college level and would love the chance to communicate these topics to younger students as well. I was very involved in several science organizations at my university and received awards for independent biochemistry research projects I conducted there.
