Hello my name is Esther! I have a Bachelor's in Biology and minor in Mathematics. With more than 4 years experience teaching in the classroom and the same amount of experience tutoring I know that engaging students in a creative way is key to helping them be more perceptive to what they are learning. I want students to be comfortable with asking question and admitting when they do not understand things because that is what gives way to learning.
I have over 4 years experience teaching 5th - 8th grade and I have experience tutoring elementary grades 3rd- 5th as well as middle and high school math grades 6 - 11th. In addition I have tutored and taught courses such as Pre-Algebra, Algebra 1 & 2 as well as Precalculus.
