BITS/MIT (CHEMICAL ENGG)
My love for teaching comes from home, as I taught my daughter math and science during her school days. Today she is a top rated chemical engineer. My help to the neighbor kids for such help was greatly appreciated. I being the 2nd rank holder in my chemical engineering class was able to tutor my fellow students for math, organic chemistry and courses of chemical engineering. Sometimes our professor couldn't come to Friday class, I took the initiative to carry-on organic chemistry lessons.

In most cases, tutors gain approval in a subject by passing a proficiency exam. For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.
