I employ much questioning in order to allow students to better think through not only understanding the give material but how and my it may be important to them, as well as to help scaffold instructional appropriately for the needs of each individual student.
Throughout college and after, I tutored in subjects as diverse as Math, Writing, Accounting, Management, and Literature Analysis. I carry much of my tutoring experience into the classroom, so I keep my tutoring skills fresh since I use one-on-one conferring as a common tool for my students.
