I'm Trent. I completed a Bachelor's degree in mathematics, while also taking many physics and statistics courses. My love of mathematics was fostered when I was in high school, with the help of a couple enthusiastic teachers. It was their enthusiasm that made the subject so fun and enjoyable to me, which is why I channel that same spirit whenever I am communicating a topic in mathematics to someone. While pursuing my degree in college, I helped out countless friends and family who were struggling in their math classes, ranging from 6th grade math to multivariable calculus. I would first ensure they had an understanding of the new topic introduced to them, before moving on to practice problems where their knowledge would be utilized. The best feeling when I'm tutoring someone is the moment when it finally "clicks" for them, and I know I've actually been of help.
I'm able to use my deep understanding of mathematics I have attained over many years of study to help shed light on a subject that is often difficult and challenging. I'm able to relate to a wide range of ages and provide help across a broad group of subjects in mathematics.
