Senior Psychology student at KU with extensive tutoring experience in statistics classes and all areas of psychology. My research driven and tailored approach works for all students; from high school ACT takers to second year Master's students. Prior to joining Wyzant, I tutored privately helping students learn and work with difficult subjects, making assignments and tests a breeze. Prior to joining Wyzant, I tutored privately helping students learn and work with difficult subjects, making assignments and tests a breeze. Not everyone excels at what I tutor, but I enjoy helping my students form a knowledge base they can use to succeed in their academic careers.

I am a senior psychology major at KU who has excelled in my undergrad coursework. I have tutored students ranging from 6th graders all the way up to my peers. I enjoy the nuances of each area within psychology and look forward to helping more students understand and achieve in their classes. In addition, I have completed extensive statistics course work. I did not enjoy statistics to begin with, so I had to learn the tricks and shortcuts necessary to succeed. I pass the savings on to you, making stats easy and understandable.

While I received a perfect score on my ACT reading section when I took the exam, I understand how students can struggle with this section. My approach is pragmatic in design, ensuring that students pace their exam properly and understand how to answer each type of question. My tutoring aim is to break down the reading section into manageable pieces that give students the best opportunity to succeed. The ACT can be intimidating, I'd be more than happy to guide you or your student through this tricky section.

Excellent Tutor

I met Greer when I only had two weeks until the AP Human Geography Exam, and I was super worried but when I worked with Greer, I learned so much with him, by making me explain the definitions of words, and the different models. He would make sure that I remembered everything by quizzing me every time we finished reviewing a unit. In the end, I felt confident for my AP Exam, and felt like I did great after I took it. Greer had helped me prepare for a Cumulative Test for the class, and we went over everything again and I took a practice test and scored really well on it. I got a really high score on the Cumulative Test and that made me really happy. At the start I didn't know almost all my terms, but after working with Greer, I knew every single term.
