I would be an outstanding music tutor because I am a college student studying music education. I have grown up all throughout K-12 school with a passion and love for music. Even in elementary music classes, I can remember I never wanted music classes to end because I was always so fascinated by how we could create these incredible sounds. Having been involved in a choir or private voice for over 12 years and into college, I feel I have mastered pretty well the different facets of music and the theory and predictability behind music itself. Obviously, there is always more to learn (which is the cool thing about music) but having taught music lessons in the one-on-one and group setting, I feel very confident in my music teaching abilities to help any child get to where they desire to be, musically.
