I have been working with children for over 20 years; in classrooms and online. I am completing my Masters this May in Infant-3 Specialist & Family Support, have a B.A. in Science for Health Care Administration, and A.A in Early Childhood Education. I will be starting my Masters in June for High Incidence Special Education. I am also an online ESL certified teacher. I have worked with children from ages 6 weeks-5th grade.

I teach children with their speech through letter recognition/sounds, sight words, single to multiple word phrases and comprehension. We explore numbers through number recognition, counting, manipulatives, and exploration of word problems. I create lessons based off individual needs and complete assessments to document progress. Have experience with multiple assessment tools, creating goals, and implementing developmental needs in lessons provided.

My experience includes working with children in early childhood education and elementary; Special Education (Autistic), high risk, and homicidal/suicidal. My teaching skills adapt with the various types of learners and I keep children engaged through music, movement, games, and more while learning in each lesson. I have taught hundreds of children and watch them grow in reading and math.
