I have a BS in Education with a Physical Education Major and Biology Minor. I coached high school football, basketball, track, and golf and taught science. I'm current certified as a personal trainer with NASM, the National Academy of Sports Medicine, and as a Corrective Exercise Specialist. I also have the respected Precision Nutrition certification and enrolled in their masters class. I've trained hundreds of athletes, including state champions. I have worked with dozens of non-athlete adults on strength training and weight management. I am a trusted mentor and teacher by many.
