Herron School of Art and Design - IUPUI
My name is Bailey. Photography has been significant in my life for 5 years now. Throughout high school I was a top photographer and student, always assisting other photo students out when they needed advice or an extra hand. I attended Herron School of Art and Design at IUPUI in Indianapolis this past year, where I was awarded two prestigious scholarships; one for academia, and the other for my recent photography. After my schooling is complete, I intend to incorporate travel into my photography, hoping to make a career of it.
Although I have never officially tutored a student or photographer, I have had much practice assisting teachers with their lessons, answering student questions related to specific topics, and giving tips and advice in the photography spectrum. As a newfound tutor, I assure you, as parents and students, that you will be satisfied with my service.
I intend for my lessons to be as open and positive as possible. Students may ask any questions openly and will receive positive feedback and constructive criticism. Just as the student must be willing to receive feedback, the instructor must be just as willing. If there are any comments, questions, or suggestions, concerning my teaching, I am open to discussion.
Thank you for considering my services, and I certainly look forward to working with your student!

In most cases, tutors gain approval in a subject by passing a proficiency exam. For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.
