Chart of accounts/expenses Utilities, rent, payroll expenses, cleaning supplies etc 3. Customers download and Import from excel 4. Get paid and pay Vendor download and import from excel Then categorize transaction on banking page under bookkeeping. I feel much more confident using Quickbooks than I did before his class.
