I am a certified Zumba/Piyo instructor. I am currently working as group fitness instructor as a substitute and I would like to provide the opportunity for private or small group sessions through WyzAnt. I can assist how to deal with daily stress or lose weight doing throughout the sessions. Zumba combines Latin and international music with a fun and effective workout which anyone can join. PiYo is a total-body fitness system designed to whip you into shape from head to toe. It combines the practices of Pilates and yoga to help you build strength, lose weight, and increase flexibility. PiYo is a higher-energy, higher-sweat class with nice good music.

Wonderful Tutor

The best!

I've had many Japanese teachers over the years and I've learned the best with Ai. She is very personable and is always upbeat and positive, allowing you to try and fail quickly without any pressure. I've learned so quickly from her because she will conduct the lesson in Japanese and then reiterate in English if you aren't understanding. Whatever your learning pace may be, she will adhere to it, allowing you to get whatever you put into it.
