I have had formal lessons in cooking from the Cooking and Hospitality Institute of Chicago, now known as the Le Cordon Bleu.

However, some of the best hands on lessons for cooking that I experienced and learned from, were not to be found by being inside a kitchen of a school's institution. But rather, in the home kitchens of various peoples in other countries. Or in the ethnic kitchens of those people who have migrated to Chicago and have brought with them, their original and ethnic...

I have had formal lessons in cooking from the Cooking and Hospitality Institute of Chicago, now known as the Le Cordon Bleu.

However, some of the best hands on lessons for cooking that I experienced and learned from, were not to be found by being inside a kitchen of a school's institution. But rather, in the home kitchens of various peoples in other countries. Or in the ethnic kitchens of those people who have migrated to Chicago and have brought with them, their original and ethnic dishes.

I also had the privilege of study at home with a world renowned Chef. It was an amazing experience from which I grew and had a lot of fun doing. Most of what I now do as a private cook for families, parties or overall catering, was as a benefit of studying under this Great Chef.

Observing and helping to create the richness in taste and traditions was an education that for me was priceless. I learned how to create, prepare and serve dishes of such authenticity, that even the people of those countries thought they were eating foods prepared by their little old grandmas.

I have learned to cook under the guidance of people from such countries as Italy, Greece, Mexico, Asia and American Grilling.

In addition, I have also studied and continue to study to help others prepare and eat more wholesome foods and prepare special diets for athletes in general and bodybuilders in particular; as well as if you are concerned about allergies and alike. I also specialize in desserts of various ethnic countries.

Finally to all of the above, I have created a flair for new dishes based on my own philosophical ideas of Fusion. Fusing together elements of Greek, Italian, Asian and American to introduce new mouth watering dishes.
