Kishwaukee Community College (current student) (Elementary Education)
Hello! My name is Kyle B. I am an Elementary Education major at Kishwaukee College in Malta, Illinois. I teach a community ESL class at a local church in Sycamore, Illinois. I am currently working on getting certified in ESL/EFL so I can find jobs working for English language schools in Japan or South Korea.
I have experience tutoring people with ESL/EFL, Reading for the ACT, Bible studies, and Literature. I love tutoring because it gives a very unique and personal learning experience for the student. Tutoring can, in some cases, be the last resort option to getting a good grade in school or even when learning a language. That is why I take it upon myself to create the best and most personalized tutoring sessions for my students. I want you to receive the best possible outcome from tutoring that you can get.
I teach a community ESL class at a local church and have tutored friends with literature, bible studies. I have helped friends prepare for the ACT Reading test as well. I like to talk to the students before hand to get an idea of how I can set up there lessons for them so that they can get a personalized lesson instead of a generic school book lesson.
If you want a 100% personalized lesson that can help you out with your English needs, then you have found the right tutor. Contact me and lets get started!

In most cases, tutors gain approval in a subject by passing a proficiency exam. For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.
I have taught a community ESL class at a local church for 6 months. I have taught 3 different students, one of which learned to hold basic conversations within a month. I also am the author of this classes curriculum and the lessons which are taught in the classroom.
