I'm a lover of learning myself And was able to pass that on to Kindergarteners, Fourth graders, and Fifth graders for 35 years, before retiring. I've presented at the ASCD (State Early Childhood Education Conference) and State Bilinqual Conference the subject be Reading and Writing.
I'm a strong believer that all students can learn and all students have gifts. The secret is to pull those gifts forward and have the student use them to strengthen those areas that are not as strong. When it comes together it is like magic!

In most cases, tutors gain approval in a subject by passing a proficiency exam. For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.
