From medical school to psychology to even everyday life, writing is a skill we must all be proficient in because it demonstrates our ability to think critically. Many students struggle with the basic concepts of writing because it's more than just thoughts on a page– rather, it's an expression of our mental processes. Not only have I completed a degree in English and communications, but I am a writer myself. I have published my own books and am currently working on a children's series. I can't take all the credit though, my younger siblings have always been a large inspiration for me.

Currently, I am making a career change. My studies of literature have been astounding; however, I've decided to embark upon electrical engineering. This may sound shocking, but I'd like to note that I'm a quick learner. I've always had a knack for math, as it came very natural to me, and thus I too feel very comfortable teaching mathematics. I have taken courses ranging from calculus to statistics while maintaining a 3.6 GPA. This also includes chemistry, biology, and physics. Though I do specialize particularly in english and communication at the moment, I am confident I can teach other subjects. My academic track record is of a high excalibur, and I have never been one to settle when it comes to learning. I have created my own learning methods which involves note taking, study habits, and 'mental hygiene' (as I like to call it) because learning is more than just examining content. I've realized sometimes all a person, or child, needs is guidance on how to learn.
