About Karene

I have excelled in school from the day I started kindergarten. In primary school, I came second in the Spelling Bee contest. I remember wining a scholarship to get into high school and I excelled there as well, particularly in the Sciences. In high school, I achieved the highest score in the whole 9th grade on an Algebra Exam, and won an award. I was successful in passing a lot of subjects in the external examinations. I have good scores in the SAT and ACT exams.

I made the Academic Dean's list at a Community College where I completed prerequisites that transferred to a 4 year university. There, I earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Liberal Arts & Sciences along with a Major in Biology and a minor in Chemistry. I remember doing something ingenious on a Chemistry final exam. The average for the entire class was 80 points and I got 180 points. That was a product of hard work and a burning desire to succeed. During the undergraduate program, I was a Pre-Medicine major and I also obtained a Departmental Distinction in Biological Sciences. I made the Honor's College, where I tutored Psychology, Linguistics, Chemistry, Philosophy, and Biology to many students.

Even though I studied and took the MCAT, I did not pursue medical school. However, I took the PCAT and got into Pharmacy school where I earned a Doctor of Pharmacy degree. In pharmacy school, I won a CVS Pharmacy Scholarship and a Richard J. Ireland Scholarship. In addition to tutoring in school, I worked as a teacher in a primary as well as a high school. In the high school, I taught Mathematics, Spanish, Geography, and Physical Education. In the primary school, I taught all subjects including Bible Studies, Reading, Social Studies, General Knowledge, General Science, etc. I am a really hard worker and I can help you achieve your goals, whether it is mastering that skill or excelling in that exam. I will teach you all the skills you need to achieve your highest potential with lots of patience.
