Nghi has had one lesson with our son and has already been amazing. She helped us to translate, practice basics, assess his language sophistication. AND she demonstrates artful emotional intelligence when our 7 year old expresses frustration. Very pleased!
Nghi has been my French tutor for the last year. She is an excellent teacher and extremely patient. Never had a tutor before, but after struggling with High School freshman french and freshman french teacher(!), Nghi improved my grades from a C to a consistent A throughout my sophomore year. I used to dread French lessons but now I am prepared and succeeding. I highly recommend Nghi.
In most cases, tutors gain approval in a subject by passing a proficiency exam. For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.
