At my current job, I teach individuals with disabilities and develop curriculum, along with mentoring our volunteers!

ACT composite score of 32; GRE scores Verbal- 163 (91%), Quantitative- 162 (86%), Writing- 5 (92%)
ACT Math score of 33, ACT English score of 34, ACT Reading Score of 36

I like a casual yet focused teaching approach. My goal is to rephrase problems or teach things in a way that will help the student learn in a way that makes sense to them (visuals, using examples of what is already familiar to the student, written, spoken, etc). One teaching approach does not fit every student. Hearing or looking at the problem/topic in different ways and finding out how the student learns best is key to helping people successfully learn topics. I also like to share organization strategies to help people feel less stressed about upcoming tests or assignments.

I love helping others to learn in a way that suits them!
