Mr. Oshana is a very knowledgeable and patient tutor. He is dedicated to his students and takes his role as tutor seriously. He helps his students set realistic goals. He has very good communication skills and teaches with a positive, encouraging attitude.
I am adult student who needed tutoring in some of the advanced aspects of Excel. I wasn't sure what to expect, although Wyzant produced some great tutors for my children about five years ago. I was pleasantly surprised that Danti had already taken the time to understand the project and problems I was working on so we were able to get started immediately. He had prepared some examples to review with me and already had found some of my mistakes and was ready with questions for me on other material. It was extremely good and very productive. Thank you!!
Danti is very amicable. He takes his time in helping Anthony understand the questions. He also asks Anthony to do some questions in front of him, so he can help guide where he may be getting stuck. Is punctual and pretty flexible in time. Anthony says his way of explaining things is great!
Danti was flexible and adjusted his schedule to meet the needs of my son's schedule. He was patient and always prepared. He is an expert in geometry!
Danti was so much better than we ever hoped for with any tutor. Danti worked with Eric so well. He really took extra time preparing and making sure Eric understood how the algebra problem unfolded, not just the answer. Eric continually asked for meetings with Danti and Danti was always available! Danti also answered any specific problem questions through email, which was way above what we expected! Danti always followed up to see how Eric performed on each test and quiz. Danti is just an overall generous and kind man, we were lucky to pair up with him. Thank you.
In preparation for meeting my son, Danti went well beyond what I would have expected him to do. He made the work enjoyable, clear and concise, while allowing my son to "seek his own level".
Danti is a very good tutor and although I did not need long sessions, his help was very effective, professional and he had full control over the subject. He is an EXPERT! on Excel and statistics. Thank you WyzAnt.
This is my son's third session, my son finds it is very helpful to him. Danti is really able to communicate the material so that my son can understand. He is also very responsible and makes sure the student practices at home after his tutoring session.
Danti is very patient and is a perfect fit for my daughter's tutoring needs. He prepared in advance for her first session and she has already started to show the benefits of the sessions that she's had. I highly recommend Danti to anyone that needs help with mathematics!
Danti is an amazing tutor, especially if you are a professional seeking to learn new formulas and strategies for data analysis using Excel. He taught me complex concepts that I understood and now can understand/use in about 3 hours. I also needed a tutor with less than 4 days notice and he accommodated me. I highly recommend him if you need assistance with macros/visual basic, understanding relational database and logic concepts and best practices for tabulating data.
Danti O. does a great job of articulating the lesson and just as importantly makes sure you understand what he just taught you so that you can move forward independently to accomplish the task at hand. His sincere teaching ability leads the way. Thank Danti!
He was a very good teacher! He really knows his Excel! Knowing that he paid for the background check himself and posted that on his review was helpful as I was surprised WyzAnt did not do that before people got on the site!! I would use him again for my kids or myself!
Danti is a very knowledgeable individual. Exceptionally patient and especially good when teaching something I have very little background studying. Our sessions were very informative and I have learned to do the operations we created. Highly valuable tutor time!
Danti O. is a wonderful tutor - he was able share his knowledge of Microsoft Excels in terms that were easy to understand (and remember)! I would definitely engage his services for future training needs. Thanks Danti!
Danti has been a great help to Zac with his Algebra. He has found Algebra difficult but Danti has explained things in a way that has "clicked" with Zac. Danti has helped a lot and Zac is now feeling more confident with his Math. Danti has also been very accommodating with meeting times and places. I would highly recommend this tutor.
In most cases, tutors gain approval in a subject by passing a proficiency exam. For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.
