I highly recommend Christine for anyone challenged by HS Math or seeking to prep for the ACT test. I initially engaged Christine to help my child overcome a challenge in her Pre Calc class. My child quickly mastered that Pre Calc topic in one session with Christine. As a result of that success we hired Christine for 4 more sessions to prep for the ACT. Christine worked with my child to identify areas of weakness, provide a refresher of previous course material and introduce her to a bit of new material that she felt could be grasped quickly and had a high probability of being on the ACT. As a result my child increased her Math ACT by +6 points. Needless to say we are thrilled and grateful. Christine’s calm demeanor and nonjudgmental style proved to be a perfect fit us. Christine is very skilled in teaching High School Algebra, Geometry, Trig and Pre Calc and went above and beyond to insure my child had relevant practice materials. She also provided valuable insight into strategy for taking the Math portion of the ACT. We found her to be very professional and readily accessible.
Christina helped my older daughter immensely and is now tutoring my middle child. She came on a Sunday with very little notice. I would highly recommend her to anybody.
Christina is tutoring my 12 year old granddaughter in algebra. She is kind and encouraging with her. My granddaughter looks forward to her sessions as well as learning. I am grateful we found Christina.

Christina has helped my son immensely. After just a couple sessions, my son went from failing his Algebra quizzes and tests to getting A's and B's. She is very good at explaining things clearly and making sure he understands. I highly recommend her!
Christina is great about communication and works with our schedules well! She has helped my teen throughout her high school education in algebra.
Christina helped our grandson immensely through her algebra instruction and evaluation of his performance. He said that what he wasn't grasping in the class at school, Christina made it understandable. Highly recommended.
Christina was of course very knowledgeable, explained the material which in this case was pre-calculus to my son. From this his first lesson we made arrangements to continue with her. We're very pleased and highly recommend her. 01/19/2013
A lot of stuff covered today, but she took the time to notice that my son was not grasping some algebra material that he should've known. So she gave him a refresher and it worked. That's a sign of a good tutor. Thanks Christina, test on Tuesday. We'll see how he does. See you next Saturday !!! 01/26/2013
In most cases, tutors gain approval in a subject by passing a proficiency exam. For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.
