Knowledgeable, patient and very intuned to finding the learning style to best instruct the student

What I noticed right away about Sandra was she was sensitive to find the student's learning style so that she could best instruct them. That way, the student learns and retains more of what is being taught. She was also sensitive to equip the student to learn on their own instead of leading the student. Sandra uses a student's strength to build confidence to strengthen learning weaknesses. This approach really encouraged my daughter and made her eager to learn more instead of dreading schoolwork. Looking forward to future lessons with Sandra.

A Fabulous Tutor

My son and Sandra have been working together for several months. Sandra always speaks to me after a session and lets me know about my son's progress. He is making great strides with Sandra in the area's of reading, writing and math. My son is in a resourse classroom for all three subjects in school and Sandra has kept his progress going throughout the summer. She is very patient and makes sessions fun for my son. Sandra is a real "keeper" as a tutor and she will be helping my during the school year. I can't wait to see all the progress he will make with her help.
