I am currently a Math Teacher at a Local High School in Evanston. If you or your child is struggling with Math, I can help! I have learned a variety of techniques to help my students fully understand and appreciate the math they are doing. I have been teaching in the classroom for 4 years and have taught to many different skill levels. Just like my tutoring/teaching, I will present my Past experience in bit size easy to follow notes :)

PAST:
I have received an undergraduate degree from Georgia Tech in Electrical Engineering. While at school I tutored an introductory circuits class. I also taught a lego class to elementary students as an after-school program. After graduation, I worked at Schneider Electric and a Sales Engineer for 3 years as well as helped 250+ students on career advice, career readiness, resume building, interview skills, soft skills, etc.

I received my Master's degree in Mathematical Education at Arizona State University. While at ASU, I tutored students and adults of all ages. I co-taught in Middle School as well as High School.

Post-graduation, I became an Engineering/Mathematics Teacher at a Local High School in Mesa and taught Algebra 2 and Introduction to Engineering. I was an Assistant Coach in Basketball and Tennis, and a mentor for our State Champion Robotics Team.

Currently, I am teaching in a local High School in Evanston. I teach Algebra 2 and Geometry. I have been coaching middle school basketball for 3 seasons.

Here are additional items I can add to our tutoring sessions FREE of cost: Study Tactics, Career Readiness, Organization Skills, Career Planning, etc.
