I graduated from NIU in 2004 with my bachelors in Human Resource Management and my minor in Psychology. I am attending Keller Graduate for my MBA and am about 4 courses away from completion.

I currently work at ADP as a delivery manager. At a high level, I manage project Project teams that handle HRIS migrations. Prior to that I was an Implementation Consultant working on various payroll system projects and before that a Service Center Consultant advising and troubleshooting HRIS related questions.
My job experience includes working with a variety of systems and applications including: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Planview, Siebel, Enterprise, Payforce, Vantage, Autopay, and other various payroll related applications.
I have hosted many internal training sessions for fellow associates surrounding those topics and have really come to enjoy it.
I use Excel on a daily basis for various reasons. I use it to report figures to executives, I generate various reports for clients and internal associates for troubleshooting purposes, I use it to keep my workload organized, I create spreadsheets with a wide variety of calculations, I use it for my own personal finances, I use it for accounting and finance classwork. I’m also very familiar with creating graphs and charts.
E-mail is my primary form of communication at work. I have drafted many job aides, written articles, created research papers. I also draft many technical communications to clients on a regular basis which require a great deal of detail in an organized manner to explain issues, procedures, and next steps.
I create PowerPoint presentations both for work and for my classwork towards my MBA. I’m familiar with animations, formatting,
