In most cases, tutors gain approval in a subject by passing a proficiency exam. For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.
I have an extensive understanding of how to do both basic and more advanced things in Flash to provide a well rounded Flash lesson.
Topics would include:
Working with symbols, creating basic shapes, importing files from other programs such as Illustrator and Photoshop.
Working with the main timeline and creating frames, key frames, and blank key frames. How to add, move, and remove existing frames/key frames.
Creating, editing, and working with movie clips and symbols.
Working with layers (showing layers, hiding, locking, and repositioning.
Creating motion tweens and shape tweens. Explaining the difference between them and how to create animations.

I understand how open, edit, and save different types of files in Dreamweaver.
The differences between Design, split, and code views.
How to use the built-in FTP program to access the web server.
How to use the properties panel to visually edit webpages and change things such as the heading/paragraph formats, assign ID's, Classes, create links, unordered and ordered lists.
I have experience in writing HTML 4, 5, and XHTML for websites, and I know how to validate HTML through the W3C HTML validator to ensure that it is properly written and error free.
I can teach topics such as writing links, paragraph tags, heading tags, list item tags, and other related formatting tags.
Also, I can show how to incorporate Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) into HTML to control the look of a document.
